Omni Brokerage Group: Ten Years and a New Start With CIS Group
Omni Brokerage Group, a division of Geloso Beverage Group, marks the beginning of the second decade of association with CIS Group by giving the green light for migration to its new application Companion® Rep 2.
For the forty-five representatives of Omni, with five telesales agents also involved in the deployment, access to the latest application refinements holds the promise of new gains in efficiency: simplified navigation to all the different tasks right from the home page, and altogether less numerous, multitask screens will help save time – whereas the introduction of the Windows 10 look, no doubt, is seen very favorably by these marketing experts.
Within one same screen will it now be possible to perform the review of the in-store inventory of products, then the management of returns and credits, and finally the proposal of a suggested order and its confirmation. The use of personalized algorithms will allow optimal management of inventory, to minimize stockouts as well as overstocking.
The quality of the business review proposed to one’s customer will be enhanced, first by graphic presentation to clearly illustrate statistical data, then by the ability to support external content (URL, PDF, Word, Excel, etc.), to allow showing, apart from the advanced product catalog display, a wide diversity of promotional material.
For office personnel, Companion® Office will offer its powerful Dashboard for an exhaustive analysis of the data captured by the representatives, which includes price audits and information on products of the competition. Most of this data will finally be transferred to the SAP B1 management software, through an interface that will be developed by CIS Group in collaboration with Forgestik, the SAP integrator in this common project.
