During his previous tenure with CIS Group, spanning 10 years, he made significant contributions to the company’s growth, and we are delighted to have him back on our team.

Mathieu’s leadership skills, combined with his deep understanding of our industry, solutions, and processes, make him the ideal candidate to drive our agile transformation and spearhead our shift to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). As we continuously refine our internal processes, his presence will be invaluable in ensuring we meet our goals efficiently. In his role, Mathieu will oversee the implementation of business strategies, business development, work teams’ management as well as budgets and financial results, all in conjunction with CIS’ strategic plan. He will be actively involved in all company departments and working jointly with their leaders to ensure the efficiency of the processes and their continuous improvement.

Establishing a robust and sustainable internal structure that enables us to grow while maintaining full control of our operations is key. Mathieu will play a pivotal role in achieving this objective.
