Colabor Food Distributor has chosen CIS-Companion® Rep to centralize the operations of its representatives and managers.
Colabor Food Distributor, a division of Colabor Group located in Boucherville, chose CIS-Companion® Rep to simplify the daily tasks of its sales representatives and managers.
This is a project that will span several months, with a first phase lasting 5 months. This will allow Colabor to use Companion® Rep to group information about its customers in one place.
As the business evolves, the software must also evolve.
Preferring to work in phases in the deployment of Companion® Rep, Colabor food distributor opted for the implementation of basic functionalities, as a first step, which will allow it to learn to work with the product and to demonstrate the value of the tool to users. Several other users will be added as the subsequent phases are deployed. Colabor was looking for a platform that could evolve at the same rate as its business needs, and that is what Companion® Rep will enable.
Many features to increase sales and facilitate business.
Each representative will be able to see all their customers and contacts, plan their visits to be carried out according to the priorities of the organization, benefit from a view of the history of their visits, carry out different types of visits, etc. In this first phase, about fifty users will work daily with the CIS Group Companion® Rep application.
