Coach Suite Software Introduced at Groupe Autobus Auger
Saint-Jérôme, Québec, February 25, 2015 – For 2015, Groupe Autobus Auger has resolutely set the focus on information technology changes: choosing to replace its current software, the company will turn to applications of the Coach Suite, by CIS Group. Among the set will be the Charter module, to manage charter contracts, the Administration and accounting module, and the Payroll module. CIS applications retain their excellent position in the people transportation industry, being used by dozens of companies, among which a majority of the province’s leading transporters.
The modules, in full mutual integration, will ensure unified, end-to-end processing of data, right from the initial quotation through to the collection of revenue – not forgetting payroll operations. The CIS Pay application is in fact functional since the beginning of January and will be followed in spring by the other modules.
Over and above the services offered by the developer for installation, consultation, user training, and day-to-day support, CIS Group’s clients can also count, so to speak, on a ticket to innovation, constantly sustained by a strong allocation of resources to research and development. Improvements may sometimes be related to more specific needs expressed by one client or another, but the bottom line is, the whole group benefits from new developments. Hence they can all remain at the cutting edge of technology – while advances are yet far from over in the world of computers.
As told by Éric Tessier, Vice-President Sales & Marketing at CIS Group, the complete integration between the applications of the Suite will be a great advantage for Groupe Auger, sparing redundancies in data entry, while also giving users instant access to complete information, at any step of the various processes.
“We are very happy today to count Groupe Auger among our clients. A growing number of clients allows us to increase, and perhaps even multiply, the quantity and the pace of innovations we’re able to propose. In other words, this is the type of success that promises further ones”, concludes Mr. Tessier.
