Browning Harvey Selects CIS Group for their New Mobile System

Saint-Jérôme, Québec, January 4, 2016 – Browning Harvey Limited, the exclusive Pepsi bottler in Newfoundland & Labrador, has now completed the implementation of CIS Group software, to modernize in particular the mobile application run by its delivery team, representing more than thirty users in all.

The company was faced with replacing an aging mobile system that was not capable of addressing the needs of their customers across Newfoundland. They needed a new improved solution – specific to the beverage industry in Canada – and as a result, researched and selected the CIS Companion® Suite.

The project required a personalized interface to their AS/400 legacy system – and also the ability of managing multiple depots and multiple brands/categories – as well as company sales/drivers along with independent ones throughout the province of Newfoundland/Labrador.

Browning Harvey selected the Honeywell Intermec CN70 with PB51 printers for their field operations – based on their reliability, durability, and functionality.
