Saint-Jérôme, Québec, November 2, 2015 – Brasserie de la Couronne, the exclusive brewer, and distributor of Coca-Cola products for Haiti, has selected the Companion® Suite by CIS Group to computerize the activities of more than a hundred mobile users across the whole country.

The Office module of the Suite will be used for maintaining customer and product files and will allow Brasserie de la Couronne to handle complex price structures.

The telesales module will be used by the agents in charge of calling customers in precise sequences and will provide them with a whole array of pertinent information, helping them to achieve efficient order taking. Companion Office also equips Brasserie de la Couronne with a system for invoicing and warehouse inventory management. Office will be interfaced with the Sage 300 software that handles accounting.

The mobile application, Companion® Route, will for its part be used by all the delivery persons and presellers. Configured in delivery mode, the application will support truck inventory management, invoicing, signature capture, and collection of cash customers. The users will have access to the application in either French or Haitian Creole.

Companion® Route in preseller mode will allow the representatives to speed up the in-store order taking process, while giving them access to the customer’s sales history. They will also be able to capture in-store inventory, propose new products, record survey answers, and gather information on competing products.

Data is remotely transmitted from mobile users to Companion® Office, enabling managers to follow in detail, from the office, the work accomplished by delivery persons and representatives, with Office giving them access to a vast array of reports and a dynamic dashboard.
