CIS Group announces the appointment of Mr. Serge Paquette as president of its board of directors.

Mr. Paquette succeeds Mr. Bernard Casavant, who will however maintain his commitment within the board as administrator. Due mention has to be made that Mr. Casavant has been president of the CIS Group board of directors since 1997.

“We thank Mr. Casavant for the energy and faultless commitment he demonstrated, and we are very happy that we can continue to benefit from his collaboration. This is a period of sustained growth for CIS Group, as Mr. Paquette takes on the responsibilities of president of the board. Recognized for his vast experience in business management, Mr. Paquette was acting until this year as president, Canada Operations, at Agropur Coopérative, and that, since 2015, after having been president of Agropur’s Natrel division for eleven years.
