CIS Group Integrates Credit Card Payment Management in Companion®
Saint-Jérôme, Québec, April 11, 2018 – Distribution Le Perco, specialized in ready-to-eat foods in the Montérégie region, is getting set to provide its team of sales drivers with mobile computers. These will enable them to optimize their efficiency in the field, and help support the company’s ongoing growth.
An important benefit, of course, will be the time saved throughout the activities in a day, as computer-assisted work is often ten percent faster that in manual mode.
The Companion® software Suite, by CIS Group, allows another saving by replacing most of the paper documents by their digitized equivalent. To complete this electronic archiving of transactions, the drivers will be using a 2D scanner to capture a virtual image of store stamps that serve as proofs of delivery.
Companion® Office, the central module receiving the data from the mobile units, will allow close monitoring of operations, serve to synthesize management information with diagrams and reports, and ensure through an interface with Acomba a direct transfer of financial data to the accounting application.
Companion® Route, the mobile application, will be implemented on the Android platform, the devices chosen being the CN51 model by Honeywell.
