Order taking

The tool enables efficient product searches, with filters by brand, category, or previous orders. Barcode scanning via the camera simplifies access to product sheets, which display description, code, photo, price, discount, quantities, UOM, and order status. All products, promotions, and orders are clearly presented, with a cost summary including subtotal, deposit total, and total after taxes.

Documents

Each order displays the customer, order date, number of products, and grand total after taxes. Fields for PO #, scheduled delivery date, desired date, and delivery options are included, as well as a space for comments.

Detailed product information

The tool offers favorites management, filters to highlight certain products, and a category-based presentation. Orders can also be sent directly by email.

Payment methods

The system manages existing customer accounts and offers various payment methods, such as payment on delivery or according to defined terms, without requiring immediate payment. It also supports other methods, including credit cards, and sends an order summary by email.
