CIS Group is proud to announce a major agreement with Transport Écono-Nord, who has chosen to implement both CIS Station Dispatcher and CIS AdminXpress, while also engaging in an ambitious co-development project.
A strategic project with CIS Station Dispatcher
With more than 35 mobile users (dispatchers and drivers) and 7 office staff, Écono-Nord was looking for a solution to modernize its daily operations.
In collaboration with CIS, the company is contributing to the development of a new mobility module enabling real-time communication between dispatchers and drivers, digital document exchange, notifications, and pickup and delivery tracking through live status updates.
LTL dispatching will be redesigned to handle a high volume of pickups and deliveries more efficiently. User experience improvements such as visual indicators for hazardous materials, integrated load manifests, customized probill templates, cube-based pricing, and other key features will further strengthen the platform. In addition, a new Web module of CIS Station Dispatcher will enhance order management, modernizing processes and accelerating client order handling.
A complete solution with CIS AdminXpress
At the same time, CIS AdminXpress will strengthen the company’s accounting and financial management. Transactions and accounts receivable will be efficiently processed, accounts payable and expenses accurately managed, and entries automatically posted to the General Ledger. Depreciation and tax rebates will be calculated, financial statements produced, and data exported to Excel. Direct integration with CIS Station Dispatcher ensures complete and connected management between operational and financial processes.
The power of integration with MIR-RT
With the MIR-RT connector, Écono-Nord also gains essential synchronization between its systems. Work orders will automatically flow into CIS AdminXpress, while vehicle availability data will be seamlessly shared with CIS Station Dispatcher. This integration provides full operational continuity and centralized management of critical data.
