PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a member of a team of experts in sales and distribution, the incumbent’s mission will be to advise, guide, and support clients in implementing innovative business solutions to simplify their daily tasks. They will be responsible for participating in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of solutions at client sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise, guide, and support clients in adopting industry best practices
- Work with the team to assess complexity and determine the best solution to deliver value to the client while respecting the allocated budget
- Implement the solution, including configuration, documentation, integration testing, installation, and user training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve products and stay up to date with new features
- Contribute to continuous improvement by actively participating in the implementation of innovative practices adapted to a constantly evolving environment
- Support the customer service team with in-depth investigations, in accordance with service level agreements
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with mobile solutions
- Business domain knowledge is a strong asset: DSD – industries such as bakery, dairy, beverages, food, and specialty goods
- Knowledge of various ERP systems (Tier 1, 2, 3)
- Database knowledge
- Familiarity with configuration languages, data formats, and file types (XML, JSON, CSV, ASCII)
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments and Microsoft Azure (Cloud)
- Familiarity with Windows Mobile, iOS, and Android operating systems
- Agile mindset and practices
- Bilingual: French and English, spoken and written
