Ongoing developments include intelligent task and objective cascading to representatives, optimized prospect management, an integrated notifications center, advanced visit planning tools, and enriched customer interaction history.
These new capabilities, developed in close collaboration with users from Services de Café Van Houtte and Keurig Dr Pepper Canada, will benefit the entire CIS community.
