From June 25 to 27, the CIS Group team took part in the annual conference of the Fédération des transporteurs par autobus. It was three full days where everyone had the chance to connect, learn, and spend time together.
Between the activities and the conversations, one thing really stood out: the industry is evolving, and it’s through these exchanges that we move forward.
A great way to kick things off
The weekend started with the golf tournament. A relaxed and friendly day where conversations flow naturally, hole after hole.
Out on the course, the atmosphere was great thanks to the different activities. On our side, we had a lot of fun hosting a croquet challenge. Let’s say it tested both precision… and patience!
The day wrapped up with a dinner, a perfect way to officially kick off the conference.
Conversations that make you think
The following day, the conference really got going with more than 350 participants gathered together.
Conferences, panels, and discussions focused on real topics for the industry:
- upcoming economic challenges
- artificial intelligence and its practical applications
- ongoing changes across the sector
These are the kinds of moments that matter. You take a step back, listen, and often come away with new ideas.
The value of meeting in person
Events like this are also, and maybe most importantly, about the people you meet.
The Grand Tailgate was once again a highlight. Under the tent, everyone took the time to explore, ask questions, and connect.
It was a great opportunity to chat with partners like AttriX Technologies and DataDis, and to see how much innovation is shaping the future of our industry.
A strong and connected industry
The weekend ended on a high note with a lively and festive closing evening.
But beyond the activities, what really stays with you is the sense of community. Seeing so many engaged and committed people says a lot about the strength of this network.
