IT Technician Second Level

In the context of our expansion in the United States and Latin America, we are looking for an IT technician to provide technical assistance, rapidly correct the problems encountered, and respond to the networking needs of external and internal clients.

Salary: As per the internal salary scale




  • A job with possibilities of evolution in a company in full growth;
  • To take the calls and requests, and solve the problems encountered in the shortest possible time;
  • To test, install and deploy corrections for problems when required;
  • To plan, mount, install and maintain computer equipment, to put in place security, monitoring and backup tools;
  • To update the documentation of IT infrastructures;
  • To seize the opportunities for business development during calls or meetings.


  • Techical DEC, informatics, or DEP or AEP (professional studies) in IT support;
  • At least 5 years experience in customer support or related experience in contact with customers;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2012/2008, Windows 10/8/7, and peripherals;
  • Networking experience (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewall);
  • Good knowledge of SQL, Office 365, Azure;
  • Functional English (spoken and written);
  • Asset: Basic programming experience;
  • Asset : Knowledge of hand-held computers/cellular, Android, iOS, MDM (MobiControl).
