CIS Group, a Quebec-based company founded in 1977 and specializing in the development of technological solutions for food distribution and transportation, is proud to announce the creation of CIS Group Europe B.V., its new subsidiary located in the Netherlands.
This strategic expansion follows the opening of CIS Group USA in 2019 and marks a new milestone in the company’s international presence. CIS Europe will enable the organization to better serve its international customers by offering them a local point of contact and the ability to transact in their own currency.

With this division, CIS will be able to:
- Facilitate international transactions by simplifying billing and customs management
- Reduce equipment delivery and repair times by collaborating with partners based in Europe
- Offer its software solutions and technology services locally: B2B platforms, route and representative management tools, passenger transport solutions, AI modules, and more
- Establish global equipment agreements with Honeywell, Zebra, and a European distributor
A milestone on the road to the 50th anniversary
This launch is part of the strategic plan leading up to the CIS Group’s 50th anniversary in 2026.
