The company vehicle profiles are updated from a single screen. All the information to be processed is user-defined. Its integration to a computer-controlled fuel management system simplifies data entry. Cargo ® can also function independently from the accounting system.

Vehicle Profile
Identifies your vehicles to the system and is available to all modules. Vehicles can be grouped according to user-defined criteria. Technical and financial information can be viewed as well as fuel consumption, preventive maintenance and warranty management.

Technical Profile
A complement to the vehicle profile, it is completely parameter-driven and contains relevant technical data on each vehicle.

Inventory
This module lets you store product information including ordering, receiving as well as QOH and price adjustment. The inventory system is real time and is linked to the work order system.

Work Order
This module is the heart of the system. All vehicle maintenance activity is entered on the work order. You can specify parts (from inventory or not), estimated time as well as relevant comments. The work order is used to generate invoices for external clients. Maintenance costs are processed for all affiliated companies in a single operation.

Work Order History
Accessible from the work order screen, this module lets the technician consult the vehicle maintenance history.

Preventive Maintenance
Prepares and tracks reminders for each vehicle. Managed by vehicle class. The reminders are individually specified in days or in distance. Following an inspection a reminder can be temporarily redefined with a shorter schedule. Preventive maintenance is entered directly on the work order. Preventive maintenance reports can be printed at all times.

Fuel Management
Cargo ®  interfaces with automated fuel management systems and provides various reports for fuel consumption analysis.

Statistics or History?
How much money have you spent on break linings and on which vehicles? All interventions performed on a vehicle are recorded in the system and are available at all times. All reports are available on screen or on paper. Reports contain information for the specified period or for the current month, year or since system implementation. Vehicle(s) can be specified.

Warranty Management
This option allows warranty management for vehicles and parts. The function is integrated to the work order and will notify you when performing the repair of a warranted vehicle or if you replace a component still under warranty. The system lets you create and track warranty claims to suppliers.

Handheld Computers
CIS Group has developed expertise in handheld computers and wireless links to the host computer. These are used for inventory control and to assist technicians during inspection rounds.

Business Intelligence (option)
An essential management tool, the Business Intelligence system lets you quickly and intuitively define a dashboard view of your operational data for accurate and timely decisions.
